Labor

India has demanding labour law compliance under existing labour laws. The Indian government has consolidated 29 labour legislations into 04 Labour Codes (yet to be brought into effect) and has taken measures to simplify the filing of returns process going forward.

Consumer

Consumer protection laws are designed to ensure fair trade competition and the free flow of truthful information in the marketplace. Consumer rights are the rights given to a "consumer" to protect him/her from being cheated for the services opted and products purchased.

Civil

Civil law is a general law that deals with issues that are on an individual or organisational level. Civil law has its primary focus on the behaviour of an individual, or say, an organisation, which can inflict injury or harm on any private person or individual.


Criminal

Criminal law deals with offences that are perpetrated against society at large. Criminal laws mainly focus on the conduct of an individual that is offensive to the public, society at large, or the law of the land.









Family & Marriage

There is no single uniform code of law for marriage rather we have different laws for different religions. There are altogether five Marriage act in India. The Process and the regularisation for the marriages as per the prescribed acts vary from religion to religion, including the marriages under special marriage act.

Corporate law (also known as business law, company law or enterprise law) is the body of law governing the rights, relations, and conduct of persons, companies, organizations and businesses. The term refers to the legal practice of law relating to corporations, or to the theory of corporations. The objective of corporate law generally involves overseeing all legal and external affairs matters including litigation, investigations, compliance, mergers and acquisitions, contract matters and international trade issues.
